To begin any project, we require an upfront payment of 10% of the total project cost. This initial payment serves as a commitment from both parties and covers initial project setup, planning, and resource allocation.

The initial payment must be completed before any development work begins. This payment is non-refundable once the project has commenced and initial deliverables have been provided.

Project Agreement & E-Contract

Before project commencement, both parties must sign a comprehensive digital agreement that outlines all project specifics. This legally binding e-contract ensures transparency and mutual understanding.

Agreement Components

  • Project Features: Detailed specification of all functionalities, features, and deliverables included in the project scope
  • Project Deadline: Clear timeline with milestones, delivery dates, and final completion deadline
  • Final Pricing: Complete cost breakdown with no hidden fees or additional charges
  • Digital Signature: Legally binding e-signature from both client and Haritix representatives

Important Policy

No Changes or Bargaining: Once the agreement is signed, the features, deadline, and pricing are final. No modifications, additional requests, or price negotiations will be entertained. Any scope changes will require a new agreement and separate pricing.

The e-agreement process includes:

  • Detailed project scope review and confirmation
  • Timeline discussion and milestone setting
  • Final pricing confirmation and payment schedule
  • Project kickoff once all signatures are obtained

Maintenance & Support Services

Standard Maintenance (10% of Project Cost)

Our maintenance package covers essential support services to keep your application running smoothly.

Included in Standard Maintenance:

  • Bug Fixes: Resolution of any software bugs or technical issues
  • Minor Updates: Small feature enhancements and UI improvements
  • Security Patches: Regular security updates and vulnerability fixes
  • Performance Optimization: Speed and efficiency improvements
  • Technical Support: Email support for technical queries and issues

Complex Feature Development

For major feature additions, significant redesigns, or complex functionality changes, separate development charges will apply. These requests will be quoted individually based on scope and complexity.

Maintenance Terms:

  • Annual maintenance fee: 10% of original project cost
  • Response time: 24-48 hours for standard issues
  • Priority support for critical bugs affecting functionality
  • Optional extended support packages available

Post-Deployment Support

After your project goes live, we provide comprehensive post-deployment support to ensure smooth operation and address any immediate concerns.

Free Support Period

We provide 30 days of free post-deployment support for any issues directly related to the deployed application.

Post-Deployment Support Includes:

  • Deployment Assistance: Help with app store submissions, web hosting setup, and domain configuration
  • Critical Bug Resolution: Immediate fixes for any deployment-related issues
  • Performance Monitoring: Initial monitoring and optimization post-launch
  • User Training: Basic training on how to manage and update your application
  • Documentation: Complete technical documentation and user guides

Support Channels:

  • Email support with 24-hour response time
  • Phone support for critical issues

Source Code & Licensing

Source Code Access (Additional 20%)

Complete source code access is available for an additional 20% of the project cost. This gives you full ownership and control over your application's codebase.

Source Code Package Includes:

  • Complete, well-documented source code
  • Development environment setup instructions
  • Database schemas and configuration files
  • Build and deployment scripts
  • Technical documentation and code comments

Usage Rights & Restrictions

"You can use and modify the app freely, but resale or white-labelling is not allowed."

  • Permitted: Use, modify, enhance, and deploy for your own business purposes
  • Permitted: Internal modifications and feature additions
  • Prohibited: Reselling the application or source code to third parties
  • Prohibited: White-labelling or rebranding for commercial distribution
  • Prohibited: Using code as a template for competing services

Default Delivery: Without purchasing source code access, clients receive the compiled application, deployment files, and basic documentation necessary for operation.
